Applying for a mortgage loan sometimes requires a lot of paper work. To simplify the process, we've compiled a list of items you'll need to provide your loan officer as soon as possible.

1. One month pay stubs
2. Signed tax returns for last two years (including W2's)
3. Two months bank statements (complete all pages)
4. Copy of driver's license (front and back)
5. Copy of Social Security card (front and back)
